By purchasing The Content Subscription, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

Monthly Subscription

This is a recurring monthly subscription. By completing your purchase, you authorize Nicole Nixon to automatically charge your selected payment method each month until your subscription is cancelled.

Automatic Billing

Your subscription will automatically renew on your monthly billing date using the payment method provided at checkout. It is your responsibility to keep your payment information up to date.

Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Your cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period, and you will continue to have access to your membership through the remainder of that billing cycle. No partial-month refunds or prorated credits will be issued.

Refund Policy

Due to the immediate access provided to digital content and resources, all sales are final. No refunds, exchanges, or credits will be issued after purchase.

Intellectual Property

All content included within The Content Subscription—including but not limited to content prompts, educational materials, resources, downloads, templates, videos, graphics, and written materials—is the intellectual property of Nicole Nixon and is protected by copyright law.

Your purchase grants you a single-user, non-transferable license for your personal business use only. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, share, resell, sublicense, teach, publish, or otherwise redistribute any portion of the membership or its contents without prior written permission from Nicole Nixon.

Account Sharing

Membership access is intended for the purchaser only. Sharing login credentials or distributing membership materials is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate termination of access without refund.

Modifications

Nicole Nixon reserves the right to update, modify, or improve the membership content, pricing, or these Terms & Conditions at any time. Any changes will not affect purchases already made unless required by law or communicated to members.
