Content Coaching Terms & Conditions

By completing this purchase, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Program Overview

This purchase provides access to Nicole’s Content Coaching support for hairstylists and educators. Clients may enroll in one of the following tiers:

Level 1: Content Feedback Support — $700/month

Includes:

Voxer support Tuesday–Thursday, 9am–5pm PST

Feedback on content ideas, captions, messaging, and trends

Guidance on adapting aligned trends and hooks

Strategic adjustments to strengthen content and brand positioning

Best suited for stylists or educators who create their own content but want expert feedback and strategic direction.

Level 2: Content Strategy Support — $1,200/month

Includes everything in Level 1, plus:

12 custom content prompts per month tailored to your brand and goals

Best suited for creators who want additional structure, content direction, and strategic support.

2. Minimum Commitment

All coaching tiers require a minimum 3-month commitment.

By enrolling, you agree to remain enrolled and complete payment for the full three-month term regardless of usage.

After the initial 3-month period, services may continue on a month-to-month basis unless cancelled.

3. Payment Terms

Payments will be billed monthly according to the selected tier.

By enrolling, you authorize Nicole to charge the payment method provided for all scheduled payments during the commitment period.

Failure to complete payments may result in suspension of support and access to services.

4. Voxer Support Boundaries

Coaching communication will take place through Voxer during the following hours:

Tuesday–Thursday, 9:00am–5:00pm PST

Nicole will respond during these support windows and may respond sooner when available. Response times may vary depending on message volume.

Support is intended for content questions, feedback, and strategic guidance related to your brand and messaging.

This program does not include unlimited consulting, done-for-you services, or emergency responses outside of support hours.

5. Client Responsibility

Clients are responsible for implementing the strategies and feedback provided during coaching.

Nicole provides guidance, strategy, and professional insight, but the success of your content and brand growth ultimately depends on your implementation and consistency.

6. No Guarantees

Results such as follower growth, engagement, bookings, or revenue cannot be guaranteed. Individual outcomes will vary based on effort, implementation, and market conditions.

7. Refund Policy

All payments are non-refundable.

Due to the nature of coaching services and the commitment to reserved support time, refunds will not be provided for unused time or early cancellation.

8. Intellectual Property

All coaching frameworks, prompts, materials, and strategies shared within this program are the intellectual property of Nicole.

These materials are for personal business use only and may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or shared without written permission.

9. Non-Transferable

Coaching access is intended only for the individual who purchased the program and may not be transferred, shared, or used by multiple people.

10. Limitation of Liability

Nicole shall not be held liable for any direct or indirect damages resulting from the use or misuse of the information provided during coaching.

By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
